How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 8 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

 

What items are returnable?

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 8 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.

All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Jewelry 
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

 

You can easily send a return via the following steps:

  2. You will receive a return form from us via email! 
  3. You can drop off at our location in 2100 DEURNE is a free option.
  4. You will receive an e-mail from Chicyankx as soon as your return has been received. The return amount will be transferred within approximately 14 days to the bank account number stated on the return form.
