1. - Definitions 

This website is operated by Chicyankx. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chicyankx offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. 2. - Applicability

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

 

3.- The Agreement

A valid agreement is established by placing an order and completing the payment, or by sending an email containing an order. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically,  Chicyankx will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by Chicyankx, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.

 

4.- The offer

Chicyankx offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, including a clear description of materials, tailoring and model.Chicyankx cannot be held liable for any incorrect interpretations of this by the consumer. The accompanying images are a true representation of the products offered. Chicyankx cannot be held liable for any production errors of the goods offered. Products are offered while stocks last. If an already sold out product is still sold by mistake, Chicyankx will inform the consumer of this in good time. In this case, the consumer can choose to dissolve the agreement or to order an alternative product.  Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.

 

 5 :- Payment 

The full purchase price is always paid immediately in the store. When making reservations, in some cases a deposit is expected. In that case, the buyer will receive proof of the reservation and the advance payment. If the buyer does not pay on time, he is in default. If the buyer remains in default, the seller is entitled to suspend the obligations until the buyer has fulfilled his payment obligation. If the buyer remains in default, the seller will proceed to collection. The costs related to such collection shall be borne by the buyer. These collection costs are calculated on the basis of the Decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs. In the event of liquidation, bankruptcy, attachment or suspension of payment of the buyer, the seller's claims against the buyer are immediately due and payable. If the buyer refuses to cooperate with the execution of the order by the seller, he is still obliged to pay the agreed price to the seller.

 

6;- Shipping & Delivery

A shipment takes 1-3 weeks to arrive,  We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Delivery is only possible within Belgium, Netherlands & France  and will take place at the address that the consumer has made known to the entrepreneur when placing the order. Orders above €70 will be sent free of charge. For orders under €150, we charge a contribution of €6.00. In the event of late delivery, the buyer must give the seller notice of default in writing, whereby the seller must be given a reasonable time to still fulfill its obligations. If applicable, the seller will inform the buyer in good time if delivery cannot be made on the agreed date. If an item is not available for delivery, any monies already paid will be refunded.

 

7;- Return of product

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 8 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  1. Free gifts or promotional items

  2. Items marked FINAL SALE

  3. Sunglasses

  4. Bodysuits

  5. Jewelry 

  6. Swimwear

  7. Lingerie

  8. Makeup

  9. Worn items

  10. Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
